December FCP Top Five

For our December FCP Top Five, we're back to the local. This time, it's about food. We are trying to decide the best local restaurant for a special, FCP staff holiday celebratory dinner. There will be six of us, and we're looking for something fancy with really, really good food. We're celebrating a year of success working together.

The problem is, we can't make a final decision. This is our list of options, in no particular order. Where would you go? What restaurant would you advise us to choose? Please help! Comment below to vote for your favorite option. We'll go to whichever restaurant gets the most votes!

Top Five Local Restaurants for a Celebration Dinner

Yes, we threw in a Sedona option in there. Not sure about that. What do you think? Comment below...

Why not Black Bart's? We have great food and the perfect round table for 6 people, we even sing! Let us know if you want to plan another night out and we can work out a special. :)

We almost included Black Bart's. In fact, there are many many restaurants in Flagstaff that we truly LOVE, but we could not list them all. And, well, we're not a restaurant review blog.

What we're aiming for is a special dining experience. One of those 'every bite is a new sensation' fine dining deals. We're celebrating and we're looking for something that fits our tastes for a high-end experience.

So... what we're asking of you is... we've chosen five restaurants that fit the experience we seek... which of these five would you recommend we choose?

THANKS!

Wherever you end up going, have a great time. You all have worked really hard this year, and deserve to celebrate. Thanks for all you've done!

If you're looking for sensational, I vote for Brix! You can't beat their cheese... and the wine list isn't too shabby, either.

It's my absolute favorite spot for deliciously sustainable edibles.

actually if has to be flag i would do brix. aurberge is a a little pricey for what you get. it you are going to spend bucks keep it in flag.

now on the other hand if you want some great mexican food go to elote in sedona. just south of talaquepaque on the highway. it in the kings ransome motel on the left side heading south.

very different from traditional sonoran style, this food is from central mexico. nosh on the small plates. the chicken mole, and elote (corn soup) are my favorites.

there is another great restaurant in sedona, actually the village of oak creek, called dahl and di luca. not cheap but really good.
