Waking to Beauty
Someone told me once that when you wake up the first thing you see should be something beautiful.
Each morning when I transition from dream state to morning light, I stare into the dreamiest blue eyes.
Not present but in some faraway place. Wondrous strange. A glimmer of light in the distance.
This is the brilliance of Mathilde Gatinois MacCormack.
Check out Mathilde's new paintings at West of the Moon Gallery during the month of April.
Dust off your french and talk to Mathilde tonight at First Friday Artwalk, 6-9pm.
