Saturday, April 2 - Wet Felting 101 Workshop
with Tasha Miller Griffith,
nationally exhibited fiber artist & Purl in the Pines instructor
10am-3pm in the seminar room at New Frontiers
$65/person, which includes all materials for two projects
No experience required! Learn how to make wool fabric without sewing or knitting, creating both flat and 3-D objects. The skills Tasha will introduce will let you form everything from rugs to sculpture.

Tuesday, April 5 - A Celebration of Poetry and Language with Amanda Blanco
6:30 -8pm at the Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library
In Honor of National Poetry Month, the library will host an evening of readings and conversation about Latin-American poets and their Nobel Prize winning work.

And of course, tonight is First Friday! Get out downtown around 6pm and enjoy a splendid evening of good weather and great local art.
